Yes, we are the new guys on the block, but we've got the goods. We won't take your business for granted. We try to keep the good stuff in stock and ship it the same day you order it.

Shipping & Returns

You must call for return authorization within 5 days of delivery. We will only accept unused products, in original condition with complete and undamaged original packaging, for return. All returns must be in "as new" condition. Boots and frames\blades may not be mounted or molded under any circumstances unless they were sent to you as an assembled package. All product returns without exchange require a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs for any returned items is the sole responsibility of the customer. Once a return has been received you will be credited for the return minus any shipping and restocking charges. You must ship any returns by a carrier that offers tracking service. Returns should be insured for their full value plus the cost of shipping. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we are responsible for the error necessitating the return. Special orders, used equipment, and sale items are final sale and may not be returned. For exchanges for different sizes you will be charged for the cost of shipping the replacement items back to you. If you are returning equipment and took advantage of a free shipping offer, the initial shipping charge will be deducted from the amount credited back to you.
